Responsibilities Generaladministrative duties such as answering phones, handling mail/FedEx/UPS, ordering supplies and scheduling various vendors for services.Assist with entering proposals, contracts, invoices and billing as needed.Assist with tracking and organization of different paperwork as needed.Assist with new hire paperwork, uniforms and scheduling as needed. Requirements Must be highly organized, resourceful and a strong multi-tasker.
At minimum, two years of prior experience in an Administrative Assistant role is necessary.Associates degree in business or related major preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.Must have and maintain an upbeat, professional and friendly attitude and demeanor. Why Join Yellowstone?
