Part Time Hotel Overnight Agent

The Camp Lucy Night Auditor is responsible for performing close of day scenarios for the hotel and accounts for daily activity by organizing and verifying information; identifying and correcting discrepancies; posting accounts; running and distributing daily reports. 
Hours:  11 pm to 7 am, Part-time. Sunday/Monday
Responsibilities: To produce accurate and timely reports and correctly handle all cash transactionsTo follow all specified procedures to reconcile cashier's reports with the F&B system each night, researching and posting any unresolved tickets from the day shifts.Assist with breakfast set-up and creation of some food and beverage itemsKeep a clean and tidy workspace for the Front OfficeClose out the cash drawer after each shiftBalance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting with the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.Transmit credit card batchesComplete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documentsThis position will assist with guest emergencies and evacuations during nighttime hoursRespond to, and assist guests with housekeeping related requestsMay assist with other duties as assignedRequirements Must be able to communicate verbally and written in EnglishMust be willing to work overnight shift, holidays and weekendsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesOutstanding customer service skillsMicrosoft Office knowledgeCompensation: $20/hour
