Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for staff and clients. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Maintain accurate records and databases, updating information as needed. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as required. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent;college degree preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Part-time position, 15-20 hours per week.
