Identify and win potential partners with whom we can leverage synergies and generate revenue growthBuild and maintain strong partner relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring effective communication and collaborationProvide partners with the necessary support, resources and information to effectively sell PartsCloud, including product knowledge, sales strategies and marketing materialsWork with partners to develop and implement joint sales strategies that leverage the strengths and capabilities of both partiesWork closely with partners to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments as requiredCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan, manage and implement partner projectsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, or similarAt least 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management of complex products or services, preferably in the spare parts logistics or SaaS industryStrong communication skills and an independent and efficient work styleAnalytical thinking combined with entrepreneurial intuitionA customer-focused mentality and a strong relationship-building skillset with partners and customersNegotiation skills in English and excellent German language skillsAdditionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, and possess a flexible attitude.
