Patent Litigation Associate – Palo Alto

Annual salary: $235,000 – $365,000
This is an excellentPalo Altoopportunity to join a first-chair trial team experienced in representing some of the hottesttech companiesin the world in complex patent litigation.
You will attend trials in district courts across the country, as well as briefings and oral hearings at thePTAB, as well as represent clients before the Federal Circuit and the International Trade Commission.
We are looking to speak withCalifornia-licensedpatent litigationassociate attorneys with experience in U.S. District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (post-grant proceedings).
