Payroll Clerk

Dobil, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Clerk to join our team. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for processing employee payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Responsibilities

Process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner
Calculate and record salaries, bonuses, and deductions
Ensure accurate tax withholding and other deductions
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues
Maintain accurate payroll records and files
Update employee payroll information as needed
Generate payroll reports for management review
Assist with month-end and year-end payroll closing processes
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll
Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a Payroll Clerk or similar role
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
