About the RoleThe Payroll Specialist manages and executes payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation while maintaining compliance with regulations.
What You'll Be Doing:Processes weekly/biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce.
Validates and audit payroll reports.
Prepares Union Fringe & Certified Payroll Reports.
Supports payroll projects & union audits.
Initiates continuous improvement in US payroll process and Canadian payroll operation including payroll processing, yearend activities etc.
What You'll Need for Success:Education Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline would be preferred, or a combination or the equivalent work experience.
7+years payroll experience in full-cycle US payroll of multiple jurisdictions and job sites.
Multiple union experience required.
Experience in ADP Workforce preferred.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
