COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PED)
Base Salary: $225K + bonus
Bonus: $10K-$15K annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10K-$20K negotiable
Relocation: $5K-$15K negotiable per needs
Vacation: 22.5 days - vacation, sick, CME + holidays 8-10
CME: $2,500
Full Benefits package: Starting first day
Retirement: Starting first day (3% match with contribution 100% vested day 1)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatrics (PED)
PPD: 25-30
Clinic: 8:00-4:30
Schedule: 4.5-day work week with .5 day for admin.
Call: 5 days of call per month (T/TH) on your call week. Hospital 10 minutes from clinic.
No attendance for deliveries
Credentialing: 60-90 days
