Your role as the People Operations Coordinator The role of People Operations Coordinator is a temp-to-hire role focused on providing support for the people team with operations, systems, compliance and employee engagement. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, a proactive approach, and strong communication skills. The People Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Bridge Partners' Human Resources, Recruiting, Resourcing, Operations, and Leadership teams, and will assist in creating an organized and highly supportive workplace culture. This role will demonstrate a high degree of organizational and process strength, work effectively with internal teams, employees and vendors.  Must possess great communication skills, can shift gears at a moment's notice, and will enjoy the variety of supporting multiple teams and serving as a backup for several roles.   How you'll contribute to the team · Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in company systems. · Assist with onboarding tasks and employee engagement programs. · Support HR and talent operations by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures. · Assist in recruitment tasks, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and referral programs. · Support compliance efforts, such as background checks and consultant assignment updates. · Assist with time entry troubleshooting, supplier work orders, and event scheduling. Detailed Responsibilities HR Team Support · Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems to maintain employee records and ensure organizational data integrity. · Provide backup support for new hire orientations, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. · Serve as a secondary point of support for the employee rewards and recognition program, contributing to employee engagement and morale. · Respond to general HR inquiries, offering guidance and support on policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Recruiting Team Support · Manage job postings, ensuring quality content and professional appearance. · Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including social media, web searches, and referrals. · Review candidate resumes and conduct applicant screenings. · Oversee the employee referral program, ensuring efficient processing and tracking. Resourcing Team Support · Enter and update standard consultant assignments in company systems. · Act as a secondary point of support for all resourcing data entry tasks in company systems. · Maintain and monitor consultant badge status within company systems to ensure compliance and accuracy. Operations and Compliance Support · Monitor and respond to talent operations inquiries in a timely and professional manner. · Facilitate and process background checks to ensure compliance with company policies. · Provide support for basic time entry questions and troubleshooting. · Assist with the supplier work order process to ensure smooth operations. · Support event calendaring and scheduling as needed. Your skills and approach · Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience. · Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) can substitute for formal education in some cases. · 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support roles. · Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR-related systems. · 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR coordinator, talent operations, or administrative position. · Prior experience supporting onboarding, recruitment, or compliance tasks. · Customer service orientation; ability to solve problems quickly and independently · Strong communication skills – both written and oral · Bias towards action, finds solutions and implements · Empathy, understands how people feel · A passion for people and for improving the employee experience · Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

\nThe salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
