Per Diem Physician - Ob/Gyn

Legacy Community Health is looking for an experienced Per Diem Physician specializing in OB/GYN to join our Baytown Clinic teamNational Health Service Corps (NHSC) Program-Pays up to $50,000 for every 2 years of service at an FQHC.


About the Position

The OB/GYN Physician will be working at a large FQHQ in a medically underserved community.
You will need to be comfortable treating women during evaluation, treatment, and management.
You will be providing medical care relating to pregnancy and childbirth as well as diagnosis, treat, and help prevent diseases of women, especially as they relate to the reproductive system.
At times, the OB/GYN Physician also provides general medical care to women.
Although you will have scheduled hours to work in the clinic, you will also need to be available for on-call services as required in addition to clinical or operations-related meetings that may take place after-hours.


Requirements Medical Doctorate Current Texas licensure Completion of ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship in OB/GYN Certification in OB/GYN by the ABOG or AOBOG Experience in a hospital or clinic setting Spanish speaking, preferred About Legacy Community Health
