Onsite Location: Sea Tac, WA Qualifications: Overall, 10 – 14 years of experience in performance testing and engineering. Strong expertise in performance testing tools like OpenText LoadRunner & Apache JMeter. Knowledge in API, Device Level performance testing & Cloud. Strong expertise in deep-dive performance analysis using Dynatrace/AppDynamics, GC analysis, root cause identification. Knowledge in performance testing, monitoring & analysis of cloud hosted applications [SaaS/PaaS/IaaS]. Knowledge in GitHub, Jenkins, Jira etc. is a plus. Expert in creating performance test strategy for highly scalable hybrid large scale applications. Excellent in effective customer communication, stakeholder management, presentation, interpersonal and team leading skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage all phases of Performance testing and Performance Tuning. Strong analytical skills and engineering skills required. Should be an expert non-functional Manager capable of leading E2E performance testing projects for large scale distributed systems. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 and $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
