Our client's company specializes in offering a range of insurance products and services, including personal, commercial, and group benefits lines.
Currently, they are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.


This role involves managing accounts, cross-selling, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities Manage accounts, cross-selling, and up-selling insurance products.
Handle customer service, renewal audits, and market carriers for competitive quotes.
Process certificates and endorsements, issue ID cards, obtain signatures, and bind policies.
Assist with claims when necessary.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent broker.
Proficiency in servicing standard and preferred clients.
Experience working in a service-only capacity with no sales responsibilities or commissions.
Comfortable with a blended work environment, combining office-based work (3 or 4 days a week) with remote work (1 or 2 days).
