Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physician Assistant with a strong background in cosmetics and dermatology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and able to perform a variety of dermatological and cosmetic procedures. You will work closely with our board-certified dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons to deliver outstanding care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments
* Perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and microneedling
* Assist in dermatological procedures including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy
* Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in cosmetic and dermatological treatments
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized patient care plans
Qualifications:
* Current Physician Assistant (PA) license in Michigan
* Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology and cosmetic procedures
* Strong knowledge of skin conditions, cosmetic treatments, and dermatological procedures
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends
