• Receive and polish serving ware, glassware, silverware, and utensils• Bring clean serving ware, glassware, silverware, and utensils to the storage station and restock• Maintain a clean and organized workstation• Complete end of night closing side-work• Adhere to all Covid health and safety protocols• Able to walk stairs• Able to lift at least 30lbs• Great at communicating to all team members• Work in a fast-paced, high-service restaurant• Follow restaurant standards
