We are currently looking for a hard-working, skilled Porter who takes pride in their work, which includes: interior & exterior grounds maintenance , trash removal -including the use of compactor, snow removal , and other maintenance duties as assigned. The Porter must possess a valid driver's license and is required to drive a company vehicle. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday.
