We are looking for a Post-Closer responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
Handling all post-closing functions of the file.
Reviewing file to ensure all documents are included and sign appropriately.
E-filing.
Sending out checks.
Sending final package/closing documents to the lender.
Specific qualifications for the position include : Bilingual/Spanish highly preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
