The President s trategically manages all Wilson/Carolina Class A operations (Affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club) and provides long-range leadership and vision for the Club. The person in this position e nsures organizational and financial goals are achieved as well as the long-term growth and viability of the franchise. The President serves as the team's key public liaison and ensures a world-class facility and experience at the Wilson Baseball Park in Wilson, North Carolina. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the ballpark to create a world-class facility for our fans, including construction phase (stadium to open in Spring of 2026) Oversee business operations, the ticket office, and game day operations including hiring, training, and management of full-time staff and consultants to operate and maintain the ballpark Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to maximize ticket sales and revenue Lead strategies for the development and implementation of new sponsorship and group corporate account revenue streams Work with Partnership Sales Strategy & Activation for the strategic alignment of team marketing assets to provide partners with effective marketing solutions to enhance sales opportunities Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of the Club. Grow revenue with current and new partners through the strategic utilization of team marketing assets inclusive of in-park signage, promotional assets, use of marks and logos, drive-to-retail promotion, and other marketing vehicles Function as the first point of contact for State, City, and local government interaction Serve as point person to coordinate efforts related to private development surrounding the ballpark and integration of hotel operations into stadium structure. Create and manage an annual operating plan along with associated budgets In collaboration with Finance in Milwaukee, create and manage a working budget, with the ability to forecast monthly expenses and revenues Establishment and maintenance of direct contacts with the public to contribute to the ongoing support and interest of the team/Club. Speak before the media, various community groups, and local businesses to provide information and project a positive image of the Club. Contract with vendors to provide service to the facility Participate in sponsored local community and charitable activities Oversee City-based, non-baseball events that are hosted at the ballpark Partner with the City of Wilson to provide 24x7 security at the ballpark Participate planning and execution of yearly capital improvements at the ballpark, coordinating with City officials Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises full-time staff and consultants responsible for the operation and maintenance of Wilson Baseball Park. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and 5 to 10 years related experience in sports business operations or ballpark operations, including management of staff; or equivalent combination of education and experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold and various forms of precipitation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Game related responsibilities may be loud.
Work Hours Business hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm, however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Must work all home games.
