Essential Job Functions:
Count and catch merchandise from dryer to package into boxes.Maintain high rate of speed/output with quality print and correct counts.
Folds products based on directions received from Lead/Supervisor.Pull merchandise from screen press without popping the ink, stretching the apparel.Ensure quality of print standards are maintained.Palletize orders from the production floor that are ready for bagging, finishing or shipping.Perform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues or damages.Learn and master the Standard Operating Procedures of your assigned area.Maintain regular and punctuality attendance - in good standingMaintain a clean and hazard free work environment by contributing to housekeeping

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalentAbility to endure extreme temperatures and lift and move boxes of up to 35 lbs.Ability to stand and be in motion at all times.
Flexible enough to walk, twist, bend, stoop, pull, grip and lift merchandise.
Ability to learn products.Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail for quality.Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
