We are moving our business from Fort Worth, Texas to Spring, Texas. In this move we will be relocating our business and need talented candidates to join our team. We are looking for candidates that can travel to Fort Worth for two weeks (lodging and meals on us) and one week PAID 40 hours off to train with our current manufacturing staff. Job Summary: Hultec is seeking a skilled Rubber Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate rubber molding machines to produce high-quality rubber products, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate rubber molding presses according to production schedules and specifications. Quality Control: Conduct inspections of molded products for quality, ensuring they meet Hultec's standards. Identify and report defects or discrepancies. Material Management: Prepare and load raw rubber materials into machines, ensuring accurate measurements and mix ratios. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs. Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, recording output, quality checks, and any machine adjustments made during operations. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing processes is a plus. Previous experience as a Rubber Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.Adhere to ISO 90001 Work Environment and Physical Demands Exposure to manufacturing environment preferred. Wear protective safety equipment May be exposed to possible shop hazards including heaving machinery, fumes, dust, heat and high pressure and temperatures. Stooping, bending, walking and standing for the duration of work shift Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Manual Dexterity Follow all safety guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
