Cross collaborate with different teams, including the Digital Design team and Mixed Signal Design Verification (MSDV) team.
Coordinate the DV team to achieve the Tape out on time.
Provide technical and team leadership - both within the internal project DV team, but also directly supporting customers in real time.
Perform design verification of mixed signal integrated circuits used in Optical Sensors such as Ambient light sensors, Proximity/Gesture Sensors.
Write both directed and constrained random test cases and running regression cycles.
Utilize Verilog, System Verilog, and UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) including: writing scoreboard checkers and assertions, customizing constraints, debugging, and getting functional/code coverage collection using cover groups.
Perform block level and top level design verification.
Create comprehensive verification plans for mixed signal designs with primary focus on digital design verification.
Create test benches and automated verification simulations.
Ensure DV plans should capture strategy and detailed attributes such as checkers, testcases, covergroups, and assertions.
Implement attributes captured in verification plan using System Verilog within UVM-based framework.
Drive code reviews with peers.
Perform regression debug, failure analysis and bug filing.
Who we are looking for Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience performing design verification of digital and mixed signal designs.
