The position utilizes the evolving 3GPP, ORAN and other forums and delivers an end-to-end solution that is vendor agnostic and cloud based.
You will serve as an expert technical professional and advisor on technological knowledge.The Principal Member of Technical Staff (PMTS) role involves leading projects and leveraging evolving opensource technologies.This job requires a deep understanding of RAN technologies and network management of RAN.Responsibilities:Authoring operational requirements per internal clients specification, end to end OSS architecture and strategy, with alignment with industry standards ( 3GPP, ORAN,..)Technical requirements review and negotiation with solution suppliers in areas of fault management, performance management and security.High level implementation definition of solution covering service assurance and securityCross organization support and technical leadership for OSS solutionCollaborate with and provide technical leadership to research contractors/consultants on projects, acting as a recognized expert within a specific domain.Contribute to the refinement of principles and concepts, providing our organization with competitive advantages in the marketplace.Experience and Education Requirement:Telecom experience in LTE RAN.Network management (fault, performance, security) experience in RAN.Candidates are required to have a degree in specified STEM disciplines from approved universities.
The degree requirements are: a PhD with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, a Masters with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelors with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Our Principal Member of Technical Staff earn between $160,900.00 - $270,400.00, USD annually.
