As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's talent management as we continue to rapidly grow. Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with leaders and hiring managers to define the hiring needs of the company. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's world class team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team where no task is too big or too small.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage full lifecycle search across multiple disciplines within Finance & Accounting, Operations, and various non-technical teamsLead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close senior and executive candidatesContribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projectsAssist in the onboarding and training of recruiters/sourcersPartner with interviewers and hiring managers to define the interview process and new evaluation techniquesRegularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersTranslate market trends and insights into actionable talent strategies that enable our business to stay ahead in an ever-evolving landscapePartner with the Recruiting Coordination team to ensure a world-class candidate experience for onsite and virtual interviewsEnsure that operational excellence is at the forefront of your process, taking pride in a clean ATSREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a strong emphasis in senior or executive recruiting, ideally in high-tech, startups, or other related industries2+ years experience mentoring and training recruiters and/or sourcersAbility to build solid relationships and effectively influence senior executivesSound recruiting fundamentals with a knack for sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positionsExperience recruiting for global, complex matrix organizations in a corporate or search firm environment, as well as for startup-like environmentsSelf-motivated and driven: accustomed to managing competing priorities, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines with minimal guidanceStakeholder management with executive and senior leadership and a track record of partnering with these leaders, using data lead strategies to improve hiring outcomesExceptional at selling value proposition, negotiating, and closing great candidatesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working at companies that have scaled quicklyThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
