Principal Solution Architect . This role is pivotal in providing advanced technical guidance and architectural solutions to support digital transformation efforts within federal agencies. The Principal Solution Architect will also mentor our software engineering teams and actively contribute to business development activities, including responses to RFIs and RFPs.

Design and implement robust architectural solutions that align with the strategic needs of federal agency IT executives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years in IT, with extensive experience in designing and implementing software solutions.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams in a dynamic environment.
Deep knowledge of modern technologies and architectures, with a special focus on AI, blockchain, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
