Position Summary: In this Principal, Tech Strategy & Operations role, you'll be an influential thought leader and partner for 2 USOPT's high growth & visibility tech organizations. You'll focus on strategic initiatives and insights, leadership relationships and decision-making, and owning internal strategic planning cadences.

Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.
What you'll do: Initiate and land major cross-functional strategic initiatives and insights that advance Tech's long-term priorities.Manage and influence L4/L5 relationships and decision-making within US Omni Tech and partners to drive greater alignment, impact, and execution.Own a portfolio of strategic planning cadences, including annual planning and strategic offsites.What you'll bring: Extensive experience initiating and leading strategic initiatives at business-unit level and above.Driving executive decision-making using a range of skills including creating data sets and insights, relationships and influence, accountability mechanisms, pilot-tests and benchmarking.Understanding of technology strategy; understanding of existing and upcoming systems, technologies and trends.About Walmart Global Tech:
