This firm's Chambers-ranked banking practice advises financial institutions, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on hundreds of financings valued at hundreds of billions of dollars each year. Target candidates will have 2 or more years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience. Required Qualifications:

· Stellar academic credentials
