Process Controller

Key Responsibilities of a Process Controller:

Monitoring Processes: Continuously observe and track various production processes to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Quality Control: Ensure that the products meet specified quality standards by checking for defects and inconsistencies in the production process.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to the production process to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Process Adjustment: Make necessary adjustments to process parameters to maintain optimal performance and product quality.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of process parameters, production output, and any issues encountered, and generate reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications of a Process Controller:
Minimum 1 year of shop floor experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of use of inspection tools (micrometer, calipers, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings. Understanding of industrial processes, machinery, and instrumentation.
Previous experience using ERP system.
Experience with generating and documenting standard work.
Experience with process audits.
