Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our innovative medical device company.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions from design to manufacturing, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in our medical device production.

Job Description
+ Lead quality efforts across design, development, and manufacturing
+ Develop and maintain critical documentation (DMR, DHR)
+ Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
+ Provide technical support and simplify documentation for production
Requirements
+ BS in Engineering or related field
+ 1-2 years experience in manufacturing/quality engineering (or advanced degree)
+ Understanding of complex medical devices and regulatory requirements
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis tools
Preferred Skills
+ Experience in process improvement and validation
+ Experience in change management and quality control
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
