Job Description Production Engineer

A leading chemical production company is seeking an experienced Production Engineer for its modern 24/7 facility.
This role serves as a technical resource to optimize plant performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective products.
This position follows a hybrid schedule and reports to the Production Engineering Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities Optimize daily production to meet business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence strategies.
Write and update unit operation manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Initiate Management of Change (MOC) for process adjustments and system improvements.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure project success.
Oversee the commissioning of new equipment installations.
Conduct internal training to enhance plant operations.
Provide technical support for project coordination and operations.
Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
3-10 years of production/operations experience.
Experience in a PSM/OSHA-regulated environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
