The Global Process Lead in the Global Template Finance Operations will work as part of the Global Process Excellence team and lead organizational, standardization, and program management within the Connect PPG SAP S/4 Hana global implementation project. You will be part of the Record-to-Report stream and you will report to Associate Director, Global Process Excellence-Finance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procedures to measure business resource network touchpoints, concerns, and adoption. Develop and implement procedures to measure record-to-report standardization against the global template. Help develop communication material (agenda/content) for Business Process Leader meetings. Develop and oversee organizational tools or applications to manage timelines and deliverables. Recognize impacts within stream, cross-stream, and across programs that require action for Connect and working to remove or mitigate risks. Coach team activities as needed to optimize team efficiency. Be a lead for transition from ARIS to Signavio for business processes. Measure RTR change risk and create contingency plans to eliminate or mitigate the risk. Be a liaison with deployment team and data team to ensure alignment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT, or related discipline. Minimum ten years of functional, or comparable, experience. Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required. Willingness to have a degree of flexibility in work hours and tasks assigned.
