Responsibilities:

Participate in all phases of project lifecycles for bulk internet gases, specialty gases, bulk chemical delivery, and slurry delivery systems, including:
Requirement definition and feasibility studies
System design, specification, and vendor selection
Project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Construction, commissioning, and startup
Qualification and validation
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across engineering, operations, and procurement departments.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and system specifications.
Perform technical assessments and analyses of existing systems, finding opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and safety improvements.
Manage project budgets and timelines, mitigating risks and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety laws and industry standards (e.g., SEMI S2).
Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams for the assigned process systems.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in gas delivery, chemical handling, and slurry technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on process systems engineering.
Strong understanding of bulk and specialty gas delivery systems, chemical handling systems, and slurry delivery systems used in semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A strong work ethic and a dedication to safety and quality.
Experience with automation and control systems for process equipment.
Knowledge of SEMI standards for gas and chemical handling (e.g., SEMI S2).
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
