Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of UPW and WWT treatment system projects, from initial concept development and design through to construction, commissioning, and startup.
Collaborate with internal partners across engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to define project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project execution.
Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Select, specify, and source equipment and materials for UPW and WWT treatment systems.
Perform technical assessments and analyses of UPW and WWT treatment systems, finding opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and safety standards.
Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams for UPW and WWT treatment systems.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in UPW and WWT treatment technologies and implement them to improve system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or Environmental Engineering (or a related field).
3+ years of proven experience in an engineering environment, preferably within the semiconductor industry or water treatment sector.
Strong understanding of UPW and WWT treatment technologies, including reverse osmosis, electro-deionization (EDI), and various chemical treatment processes.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A strong work ethic and a dedication to safety and quality.
Experience with Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Institute (SEMI) standards.
Knowledge of automation and control systems for water treatment plants.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
