ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's operational needs.Manage supplier relationships, including selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and address any identified issues.Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.Implement best practices in procurement and compliance management.Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.Provide regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and budget performance.Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement and supplier management.Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions.Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.Collaborate with other departments to support the company's overall strategic objectives.QualificationsFour-year degree in Business Administration or related field.Experience in the aviation field is a plus.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement and compliance management, preferably in the aviation industry.Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Proficiency in procurement software and tools. $95,000 - $105,000 a year
