Trouble-shooting challenges with realistic and creative solutions Creating order templates for factories Saving and maintaining product images Meeting preparation Creating customer catalogs Market and trend research Building and organizing fragrance library Assisting with the color and formulation of products Submitting art requests and communicating with the Art Team Assisting with style creation Helping to open packages and move heavy objects.
Maintaining the organization of all samples Perform other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES High attention to detail Aptitude for quick detail recall Flexible and fast-paced Professional communication skills Efficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft suite Retail math and analytical skills Ability to work with a dynamic team and quickly pick up shorthand communication.
Understanding of market dynamics and business judgment Strong team player, willing to help with a variety of tasks EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 2+ years experience in a production-related role preferred.
