Developer Experiences GSWeb Products team is responsible for building and delivering the tools which power the firm's revamped intranet and award-winning public website.

As a project manager you will maintain close relationships with our users and other product teams working on solutions for internal, external and new business opportunities.

Our team of product managers work closely with creatives and researchers through our design teams and then with experienced engineers to help architect and develop the necessary technology.
We are responsible for guiding products throughout all stages of the product's lifecycle, including research, pitching, scoping, delivering, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our clients.

How will you fulfill your potential? You will be an associate product manager, working cross-functionally to guide products from conception through launch, growth and maturity by connecting the technical and business worlds to meet our customers at their needs.
You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and release adopting the principals of growth from MVP.

As a Product Manager for the GSWeb Products you will:
Play a critical role in understanding how content is created and leveraged to deliver One Goldman Sachs to our clients Work with business units, engineering teams from across the firm and the platform governance committee to prioritize feature enhancements for the platform Define the product vision, roadmap and growth goals for the platform Stay on top of industry trends and leverage this to drive the roadmap Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback and KPIs to inform product strategy and pipeline development Prioritize initiatives and features using domain expertise, customer insights, and market research to make informed trade-offs between new feature development, platform investment, and optimizations Scope product releases to deliver value early and validate business hypotheses with the least amount of effort Lead sprint cycles, experiment with Agile methodologies, and manage multiple complex projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 2 years of previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, or similar role Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and roadmaps to stakeholders Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers to lead a product development team Preferred qualifications: Experience managing an entire product's lifecycle, from conception to launch Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams Know the principles of Web design, usability, and information architecture is recommended.

Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to quickly learn the inner workings of complex systems without formal training.
Some knowledge of front-end Web technologies, particularly HTML, JavaScript and CSS, is a plus, though in-depth expertise is not essential.
