The Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to focus on user retention for our Earned Wage Access product.
Your primary objective is to drive long-term customer engagement through strategic initiatives, product enhancements, and consistently delivering the best user experience for accessing your earnings, understanding your earnings, and paycheck delivery.
You will have a close partnership with our support team, our marketing team, and our customer intelligence teams.

How You Will Make an Impact: Be the voice of the user by partnering closely with employee support, our market intelligence teams, and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research.
Synthesize feedback to inform product solutions Develop a product strategy for user retention for our Earned Wage Access product Bring in the mindset of continuous improvement and sensible prioritization by making tradeoffs to decide what to do, why, and when Partner with in-house engineering and product design teams to execute on product strategy Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies What You Bring to The Team: 1-3 years Product Manager experience Data-analysis skills, including SQL.

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier.
Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
