Insight Global is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager for a Fortune 500 Global Financial Services client.
You will join the back-end team of their Enterprise Credit Card Risk organization, working closely with the Credit Card Disputes team within the larger Consumer Platform Solutions division.
This role offers the opportunity to be highly cross-functional and make a tangible impact on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
As a Product Manager, you will identify areas for improvement, share your ideas, and own the execution end-to-end.
This includes writing requirements, collaborating with engineering, legal, risk, compliance, disputes, and other stakeholders to build new features, understanding the impact on agents, customers, and the business, and testing features prior to release.
You will also manage controls and be responsible for remediation and bug fixes post-release.
Given our clients partnership with Mastercard, strong familiarity with Mastercard chargeback processes and Regulation Z is critical.
Proficiency in documentation is essential, and experience with Jira is required.
Additionally, you will leverage customer Q&A information gathered in Pega Smart Dispute or a similar dispute platform, so familiarity with these tools is important.

This is a 12 month contract position with hybrid remote flexibility sitting in either New York City or Richardson, TX.

Required Skills & Experience
7-10 years of Product Management experience, with strong expertise in the Credit Cards domain, particularly in Disputes.
Extensive experience in the last 3-5 years with Mastercard chargeback processes and a solid understanding of chargeback codes.
Solid knowledge of Regulation Z interpretation.
Familiarity with Pega Smart Dispute or a similar card disputes platform.
Excellent documentation skills.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
