What you'll do:
As Product Manager, you'll design, build, and operate banking experiences, business processes, and features within a regulated, cloud based, API banking as a service platform serving Fintechs and Embedded Payment providers.
You will partner with a cross functional team of business leaders, operational experts, risk managers, and technical stakeholders to deliver industry-leading solutions to the market.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to prioritize and evaluate strategic requests and roadmap items while communicating progress to key stakeholders Build consensus by selling your vision and being a missionary for our teams culture in order to align diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders Develop, document, and validate business and technical requirements, process flows, use cases, test plans, provide test support Be the Functional SME on banking as a service systems Ensure that product and technical decisions are aligned with Banks strategic goals and regulatory requirements Contribute with vendor relationship management for API platform vendor, including negotiations and holding vendor(s) accountable to delivering on SLA's and commitments Identify opportunities that grow revenue, cut costs and maximize customer retention and satisfaction through market research Build key reporting to track KPIs for the areas you manage What you need: Ability to analyze, quantify, and articulate the trade-offs of proposed solutions Deep attention to detail and high degree of ownership Read, understand, and create technical documentation including API documentation, technical requirements Data fluency and exposure to BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent 3+ years of experience in product management or adjacent field (e.g.
analyst, engineer) 2+ years experience in Fintech / Banking technology with a exposure to business or consumer banking, cards, or similar / adjacent areas Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM or STEM adjacent field including Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering/Software Development Experience with one or more banking cores / payments systems such as FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry & Associates, Finastra, Unit21, Stripe, Treasury Prime etc.
Experience working with cloud based 3rd Party service providers STEM Master's degree is a plus Data analytics knowledge and experience with SQL, R, Python, and or more advanced ETL tools such as Tableau Prep
