Job Description
The ZIMBIS Product Management department is looking for an individual who loves collaborating closely with customers, software developers, designers, and vendors to create outstanding, revenue-generating SaaS products, focusing on the supply chain in the dentistry market.
You will have the full encouragement of the company, but you are a one-person product juggernaut!
Your business analyst toolkit and product management skills should be well-worn.
You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working on multiple projects, and relish getting into the nitty-gritty details.
Your peers work across various departments, so excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills are necessary!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Create and manage product roadmaps that balance revenue-generating features against customer delightsCollaborate with marketing on go-to-market plans while working with all departments to executeWork alongside executive leadership to influence product strategy Gather customer and market feedback to quantify product opportunities for stakeholdersProvide evidence-based decision-making to the product roadmap to illustrate 'why' the value proposition is soundWork closely with customers and subject matter experts to solidify business requirements with user experience Extrapolate the business requirements into development collateral, such as user stories, workflow diagrams, and basic wireframesCreate and maintain Product Backlog along with Release schedulesCoordinate and be responsible for customer Alpha, Betas, and PilotsCreate and maintain documentation for Support, Sales, and Customer for product release and maintenanceSkills and Attributes:Strong project management skillsExperience in Agile software development processesStrong attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilitiesExperience creating wireframes, workflow diagrams, and general ability to illustrate conceptsExperience with Jira, TFS, or similar development systemsAbility to work independently and within teams, proactively with general directionStrong ability to create development requirements from product feature requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and WordHours of Operation/Travel:Regular working hours for Full-Time employmentLocation: ZIMBIS Headquarters-Phoenix, AZEducation/Licenses/Certifications/Position Requirement: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product managementStrong experience in product lifecycle stagesA combination of Hardware and Software development experience preferredCertified in Pragmatic Marketing, a plusExperience in supply chain management or medical pharmaceuticals a plusLess than 25% TravelNot a remote positionEmployee Classification:Full-time or Part-time: Full Time, Exempt Life at CUBEX
