About The Role: We are seeking a Product Manager to join our global team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams while advocating for user needs within the organization. You will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day execution of tasks, developing product roadmaps, and guiding the team through key milestones. What You'll Do: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs.Build product roadmap and ensure that product development is aligned with company goals and customer needs.Work with sales and marketing teams to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution.Develop and execute on product launch plans, including communication plans, training, and collateral.Track and analyze product performance metrics, including usage, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product strategy and development.What We Need: 3-4 years of product management experience in SaaS, of which 1-2 years was as a full cycle PM (open to B2B, B2C2B, or B2C and/or early-stage product roles)Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferably you've worked with an early-stage product, as a direct product owner, or in a team of less than 5 PMs that were responsible for the productAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.What We Offer:Highly competitive compensation package from US VC funded startupCompensation package also includes meaningful equity with terms you'll actually be able to benefit fromUnlimited paid time off, sick leave, and a flexible remote WFH workplace #LI-remoteAll the tools you need to succeed including a new MacbookFlexible work hours because we want you to work your best wayWe help our team build their career and unleash their potential - we foster top talent and build distinct tailored growth plans which elevate both skills and incomeWe want to make sure everyone has an equal chance to participate and make a difference.
