Your role

We're looking for a Product Owner/Manager to:
• develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including value creation, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic endstate)
• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members
• act as product owner, overseeing governance practice to ensure product requirements are clear to engineers and stakeholders
• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch, from release management governance to turn over guides
• define and iterate through Objective and Key Results, aligning relevant product measurements and metrics that meet overall business goals
• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from both a technical and non-functional requirement
• interact with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and assess solution fit, business context and reuse capabilities
• partner closely with aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions

• New York: the salary range for this role is $140000 to $180000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

You'll be working with the Operations, Finance and Front Office, focused on improving and simplifying our processes and platform to enable our product, business, allowing our Operations stakeholders to scale, reduce risk, and grow.

Your expertise
• multiple years' experience delivering complex products to internal and external users within the financial industry
• strong background in securities operations, trading flows and settlements
• data-driven, analytical and innovative mindset to understand business context
• extensive experience writing / managing requirements / user stories and working with the engineering team and business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• team player with an enthusiastic personality and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• strong listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• working in agile environments and strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $140000 to $180000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
