Responsibilities:
What you will be doing: Collaborate with customer business stakeholders, engineering, and subject matter experts to elicit the business requirements and business processes aiming to establish solution vision and implementation strategy focusing on trade-offs between business needs and actual situation.
Design and advise on a solution that is based on customers executives, end-users, and technical requirements within the customers budget and time and other customer-specific constraints.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze and deliver the following artifacts as needed: As-is and To-be Analysis, Roadmap, Business Process and Requirements, Functional requirements, Use Cases, Prototypes etc.
Own, describe, prioritize, and monitor the project plan and report project progress to business stakeholders.
Ensure the team has a clear understanding that we are working towards the project vision, scope, priorities, and goals.
Identify potential project opportunities and communicate proactively with customers for further exploration and evaluation.
Qualifications:
What you will need to succeed: You have strong empathy for customers, and can identify their current and future needs Background in business or system analysis or product management Previous experience with public sector domain or information systems Project management skills: experience in goal prioritization, time management, setting, and managing the scope Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a love of teamwork Estonian and English language, both in speaking and writing You will be a wonderful team member if you characterize yourself as: A person?with?whom it?is easy to?cooperate,?with?effective communication?skills Analytical thinking and ability to see bigger picture while focusing even grass-level details Someone who?enjoys working together?with various stakeholders?
