Key Objectives For This Position Include: Coordinating and supporting our new owner orientation programEncouraging repeat and referral business, as well as ensuring that every customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their new vehicle.Establishing procedures for addressing customer concernsBe the go-to team member to support customers with technology-related questionsPro-active creation of social media video content to educate consumers about our vehicles and their technologyTaking pictures of new/used vehicles for websitesPerforming video walkarounds to display on social media sitesMaintaining an 85% or higher Ford Pass Activation level Skills: Proficiency with apple and android productsComputer, email and internet proficiencyGet along well with other employees of the dealershipCome to work each day with a plan of work for the dayAbility to openly communicate with managementOutgoing personality with expertise at developing relationshipsSaturday availability is needed as well as some evening hoursValid U.S. Driver's license *
