The Data Analytics Supervisor will serve as a key resource for the Data Analyst, Director of Operations, and Regional Inventory Control Manager (RICM), ensuring the accuracy and functionality of data sheets and state-run platforms. This role involves managing and updating all data platforms, providing guidance on data needs, and challenging current processes to recommend improvements. The Data Analytics Supervisor will collaborate with cultivation and operations stakeholders to create and communicate cultivation schedules, support new platform rollouts and training, and provide necessary templates for inventory counts. Additionally, the role requires strong communication and engagement skills, facilitating meetings to identify opportunities for improvement, supporting digital systems maintenance, and ensuring leaders have access to relevant schedules and data. The ideal candidate will promote cooperation, maintain confidentiality, and build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
\n ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESCultivation and Production Oversight: Monitor cultivation processes and track the production pipeline to ensure production leadership understands what is and will be available to allocate. Maintain an accurate understanding of production capacity and harvest timelines. Ensure clear communication between cultivation and production teams to keep all parties aligned on schedules and output. Coordinate solutions when changes in the timeline affect other areas of the business/production pipeline. Sales Data and Inventory Management: Collect, compile, and manage wholesale sales data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in tracking systems for both wholesale and production outputs. Oversee the addition of menu images and ensure product information is accurate. Track inventory levels, manage orders, and ensure seamless communication with the warehouse team to maintain consistent product availability. Monitor how many pounds of product have been sold at what price points and to whom. Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership. Collect and analyze sales, harvest, and production data to create high-level reports and actionable insights for C-suite leadership. Analyze sales trends and provide insights into product demand, pricing, and inventory needs. Support financial reporting by providing production and sales breakdowns to the accounting team. Sales Support: Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, coordinating promotions, and providing administrative assistance as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to boost wholesale performance. System and Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for improving processes related to sales tracking, inventory management, and production workflows. Work with teams to implement solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. QUALIFICATIONSStrong knowledge of cannabis cultivation, production, and sales processes. Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, especially in dynamic environments. Experience in data reporting and analysis, with the ability to condense complex information into high-level insights. Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments. Familiarity with cannabis industry software is a plus. Experience working with accounting teams to translate production costs into financial reports. Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMs, etc.) Proficiency in data tracking systems and BI Platforms Data Analytics and Inventory Tracking Experience, 2 yrs+ Operational Planning and Scheduling Experience, 2 yrs+ Bachelor's Degree (Preferred), High School Diploma or GED (Required) Active and valid government issued photo identification 21 years of age or older Ability to obtain and maintain Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire) in accordance with State law. WORKING CONDITIONSRemote work, or in an office-like environment within a cultivation and production facility or corporate headquarters. Travel, as necessary, to meetings at facility sites and locations, with possible exposure to: Industrially lit rooms featuring heavy machinery sounds at times Plant pollen and extraction fumes may be present on surfaces and in the air Protective suits may be required (provided on site) Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including a computer, telephone, calculator, requiring continuous and repetitive arm, hand, and eye movement *NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout the building.
