Job Description

Job Description: As a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development, you will play a key role in project teams, contributing to the planning, design, and implementation of various land development projects. This position offers an opportunity for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, planners, and other stakeholders to develop creative and effective land development solutions.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports for site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and due diligence assessments to evaluate project constraints and opportunities.
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations to design stormwater management systems, including detention basins, retention ponds, and conveyance systems.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project development.
Assist in the preparation of construction cost estimates, project schedules, and contract documents.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
EIT certification is required
Strong technical skills in land development design, including proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development projects.
