Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst, serves as the regional Point of Contact (POC) for external outreach and relations with Congress, the aviation community, and the public; and supports corporate leadership and horizontal integration; organizational business planning; quality management; and various special projects associated with the ARA organization.
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
Specialized experience includes experience to analyze and interpret an organization's policies and operational programs. Experience translating organizational program goals and objectives into specific actions or initiatives and implementing them. Experience representing an organization to internal and external stakeholders to include but not limited to management and staff, elected officials and staff, and/or the public. Experience preparing presentations, letters, speeches, publications, and/or other deliverables using software to include Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
