Despite the significance of these products and the dollars spent, the experience is still painfully antiquated, expensive, and confusing.
Rippling is building the first modern marketplace that seamlessly connects brokers, employers, and employees with any benefit. Our platform powers the worldwide discovery, purchase, and use of benefits products around the world. Our benefits vertical includes our Benefits Platform (recommendations, payments, and benefits eligibility engine), rapidly growing Benefits Marketplace of over 100 partners, and natively-built Rippling Benefits Products.
The Benefits Marketplace Program Manager will own the core processes and partner programs that drive the success of our benefits marketplace. You'll work closely with Product, Operations, Business Development, GTM, Sales, and our marketplace partners to build our Benefits Marketplace product offering, revenue model, and partner experience from scratch.
What You'll do: Own the products and processes that empower us to rapidly and profitably grow our Benefits Marketplace.Build and scale the processes that make it simple for clients to add new integrations (contracting, data transfer, billing, and payments).Build and scale the processes that make it simple for us to add new partners and benefit types to the marketplace.Build playbooks with GTM to enable our sales teams to sell benefit partner products and services effectively, and to make employees aware of the benefits.Build dashboards and reporting to help monitor the health and success of our marketplace.Scale our current products to support tens of millions of employees and over 1,000 benefit partners globally, including health insurance, pensions and 401ks, financial wellness, fertility care, flexible spending accounts, and many more.Work cross-functionally with virtually every team – across product, engineering, design, business development, GTM, and customer-facing functions – to develop the first modern marketplace for benefits products that can scale to billions in revenue.Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in fast-paced environments with a generalist background, including a mix of consulting, growth, and/or client-facing roles.Self-starter with a bias towards action.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Basic technical and data skills - ideally, to become fluent in both quickly you know your way around API documentation and are strong with SQL (or are willing to quickly become fluent in both).Helicopter pilot mentality - you can easily switch from high-level strategy and planning to detailed workflow mapping and reporting.Exceptional written and verbal communication and comfortable working in a highly cross-functional and externally facing role.Experience working with multi-sided marketplaces is a plus.Rippling is an equal-opportunity employer.
