Program Manager (Enterprise Ops Transformation)

Our client is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join their Transformation Office.
This role is pivotal in driving initiatives that support our client's growth and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions, anticipate and resolve impediments, and align stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement strategies to achieve program outcomes and align with broader organizational goals.

- Define benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program and oversee plans to achieve benefit realization.

- Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure goals and commitments are achieved.

- Manage a centralized plan that encompasses all functional area activities critical to the success of the initiative.

- Partner with cross-functional team members to identify area impacts, incorporate needs into the overall program plan, and drive mitigation plans for critical readiness areas.

- Develop strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders to drive focus on business goals.

- Manage risks and issues, take corrective measures, and anticipate and remove roadblocks to minimize negative business outcomes.

- Manage the program's budget to ensure business objectives are achieved within approved funding.


Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management; 10+ years preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Certified PMP and Agile experience preferred.

- Ability to lead enterprise-level programs consisting of cross-functional teams with multiple delivery workstreams.

- Strong interpersonal skills along with great executive presence (verbal and written).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment fostering innovation and transformation.

The pay range for this role is $84 - $97 per hour.
This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
