About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team working closely with PeopleTech.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the .NET stack along with experience in managing cross-functional programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex software development programs utilizing Microsoft technologies and the .NET stack (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC).
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive end-to-end program delivery, from planning and execution to post-launch evaluation, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
Ensure seamless integration and implementation of cloud solutions, APIs, and services within the Azure ecosystem.
Oversee technical design discussions and guide the engineering team in solving complex technical challenges using .NET
Facilitate regular project updates, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
Manage dependencies and risks, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolution.
Act as a key technical liaison between internal teams and Microsoft, ensuring consistent alignment with Microsoft's best practices and guidelines.
Support continuous improvement in program delivery processes, tracking performance metrics and driving operational efficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technical program management with a solid track record of delivering software projects on time.
Strong proficiency in the .NET technology stack (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC) with hands-on development experience preferred.
Experience managing programs in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and services.
Proven ability to manage large-scale technical programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with API design, microservices architecture, and system integration patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and the ability to drive technical discussions.
