Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services' company, is looking for a Program Manager II to manage multiple Programs for the public sector. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the customer environment and will be able to interact effectively with the customer to ensure that the programs are meeting contract requirements. The Program Manager operates as a Strategic Business Unit partner reporting directly to the President of ChESS. The Program Manager must have the prerequisite program administration and management background to exercise total responsibility and authority for program execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Provide day-to-day management of the contracted staff. Plans, coordinates and directs the activities of administrative, program and technical personnel.Provide demonstrated effective team management skills, and proficient levels of professional experience.Act as the liaison between the Contractor, contracting staff, and the government POCs.Monitors contracted staff work progress, builds a trusting relationship with the government POCs. Manages and controls schedules and cost to provide on-time and within budget performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.Applies best practices for customer service delivery.Provides direction for operations and ensures compliance with all management policies, plans and procedures.Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders.Supervise a team of 20+ employees supporting federal government client(s) such as: economist, correspondence analyst, grants specialist, public relations specialist, strategic planning analyst, administrative assistant, program analyst.Develop communications for submission to and review by senior policymakers, Congressional committees, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), oversight agencies including DOT's own Office of the Inspector General (OIG), the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and many others.Provide timely and reliable reporting across all programs.Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team of program management and administrative support. Bachelor's degree or higher in related social or behavioral science field.Ability to create highly accessible, graphical reports and deliverables.Ability to report onsite to the clients Washington, DC location.Experience with federal government contracts.Background investigation required.Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
