WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a highly organized Project Administrator to help us make a real impact.

In this role you will:
work with all levels of the project team providing project administrative support assistance to landscape architects and engineers on projects of varying size and complexity for public and private sector clients throughout Washington and the west coast; manage project setup, scheduling, and data organization within project management software and communicate with the team to keep them on track throughout the project lifecycle; research permitting requirements for states, counties, and cities, and obtain site specific information such as as-built plans and construction documents; review submittal requirements and ensure that our submittals meet those requirements; gather documents, apply for permits, and track permits through the approval process; maintain project related documentation; assist in the compilation of proposals and reports; assist with additional administrative office duties as needed to support our Seattle office; and deliver or pick up project documents that need to be hand delivered or post public notices on project sites when the need arises.

Here's our list of must-haves: Associate degree and 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities and solve administrative issues in a deadline driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication, research, writing, and editing skills Technologically savvy and comfortable navigating a variety of software platforms and troubleshooting problems as they arise Current and relevant experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Planner, and Teams); Advanced Excel and Word skills, including experience managing complex spreadsheets, using formulas, and implementing advanced functions Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures and government regulations Anything on this list would be an asset, but is not required: Related experience in the A/E/C industry with knowledge of local zoning, permit, and code regulations Experience using scheduling and database software, such as Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, and Smartsheet COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week.
$28.85 - $37.26 per hour.
Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
